The same rugged efficient design as our #3011 but with added feature of an fittings installed at the hose connections. Cooler measures 12 inches x 5 inches x 3-1/2 inches tall This 8-pass high performance oil cooler kit from EMPI features 1/2" copper tubing, aluminum cooling fins and mechanically expanded construction for maximum cooling. Mechanically expanded tubes are physically stretched, so that they make perfect contact with the cooling fins and dissipate heat much more effectively than the standard style cooler with the least amount of pressure drop. The cooler comes with 1/2" NPT male threads on the ends. The complete kit includes EMPI's oil filter bypass (P/N 9203), remote filter bracket, and high temperature hose (P/N 9210), and all necessary fittings and hardware for installation. This kit fits all Type 1 through 1974 and Type 2 through 1971.
