Splitting nuts can be done without damaging the threaded bolt. The nut is cut on both sides by using the motorised and fixed chisels. A unique combination of the chisel with the spindle. This is pressed into the nut through a guide rail for cutting. After splitting the nut, the chisel is easily returned to the starting position. The splitting chisels of the nut splitters are wearing parts. Blunt, pitted or broken chisels must be replaced immediately. Do not use any electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills.
