Sturdy construction and large diameter cooking area allow for braising large pieces of meat, while the shallow height permits small amounts of liquid to be used. NSF Listed The extra-thick s/s construction provides even heating. Browned meat or vegetables in a small amount of fat are covered and cooked slowly in a small quantity of liquid.
